Nice to see the gallas-homepage. I'm from holland and I know that in Holland there are 2 Gallas families. There is a Dutch one and an Indonesian one. We found out that there were 2 brothers, one stayed in Holland and the other one went with the v.o.c. to Indonesia, wich was one of the colonies of Holland. Somewhere around 1950, when Indonesia got independent, they all came back to Holland. In november 2004 there will be a Gallas-reunion (from the Indonesian side).
